1. With support from Members, the LAC plans to eradicate OGT of noxious weeds by scheduling a work day(s) at an appropriate time during with season.

2. Continue to monitor and work on rock wall stabilization along the golf course side with replacement of fallen rock at five key spots (1-5 spots).

3. Continue to monitor rock wall stability on all terraced areas, with the emergent areas being between Units 12 & 13 and behind Unit 39.

4. Plan and coordinate addition of second layer of larger rock for peninsulas and other areas not yet updated with newer rock.

5. Liaise with PR Irrigation Team to identify all OGT irrigation deficits and/or repairs to the current aging system. Also, to begin the process of projecting options and costs for remediation and upgrades, including meeting with independent companies for assessments and quotes. This objective may move over to the Revitalization or Preventative Maintenance when the time comes for replacement.

1. Utilizing a recognized landscape expert expand on the ‘22-‘23 plant and shrub matrix and identify replacement schedule/cost for   Council’s review (pre-planting season 2024). 

2. Complete within budget any remaining plantings identified last season but not fulfilled (June1/24).

3. Complete one volunteer FireSmart project before Aug AGM 24.

4. With Predator Ridge's help, review the integrity of OGT’s irrigation system and make any recommendations to Council by end of   May 2024.

5. Prepare a draft FY24/25 landscaping budget for Council review ( July1/24, pre-AGM)
