1. Identify the windows that need repair. This will include reviewing OGTSTRATA.ca for reported window issues. Checking with the property manager that the windows identified on the website have all been identified. Completing a walk-about.
2. Meet with contractors to discuss repair options and related costs and to keep these options within the 2024 fiscal year budget. Draft and present an overall Long-term Work plan to address Window Issues/Replacements with proposed
timelines, considering contractors recommended options while keeping costs within OGT Strata Budget limits.
3. Meet with Council before the ’24 AGM to discuss the proposed plan and options.
4. Investigate if there are any Federal and Provincial moneys our Strata development may be eligible for in window replacement? Check if Suppliers/Contractors are part of this process or not?
