As measured by the response of OGT Residents and guided by our Property Manager and BC Strata Law, OGT Strata Corp is a Best-In-Class managed organization with a hands-on Council, excellent Financials and appreciating Common Area assets.
As an elected Council we routinely collect information regarding the state of OGT’s Common Area Assets and implement approved programs that are in line with OGT’s Depreciation and Reserve Fund planning.
As a core value held by Council, we are transparent in our planning and communicate frequently across OGT so all residents are informed and aware of work designed and planned for in order to retain or enhance the value of all Common Area assets.
