Pest Control Prevention

Description and location: Pest control prevention complex wide.

1. Bird deterrence was installed throughout the complex on key areas where birds are nesting .

2. Rodents entered the attic of Unit #39 and contaminated an area around the entrance. A man lift was utilized and the rodent entrance sealed with metal flashing and caulking.

Scope of Work: Pest control prevention complex wide.

1. Bird deterrents have been installed at the back of the townhouses on the knee braces identified. The costs are to be captured in the Recurring Items MM#4.

2. Pest Control in Unit 39 - The shelving unit from the upper floor bedroom needs to be removed to access the attic. The contaminated insulation has to be removed, the area disinfected and the attic re-insulated. The shelving to be reinstalled and the unit cleaned. Cost estimated to be $4,000 with a completion date of 15 Dec 24.
