Description and location: The UV rays are causing the plastic weather stripping around the garage doors to twist and distort. The Weather Stripping is pulling through the nails fastening them to the door frames. All garage doors are being inspected and repaired as necessary.
Scope of Work: Fasten the weather stripping with screws. Replace the weather stripping as required.
Status: On-going.
Work in Progress:
1. All strata garage door trims have been fastened where necessary.
2. The following units require trim replacement - 2, 11, 19, 20 and 31. Currently waiting delivery of trims.
