A Special General Meeting (SGM) will be held 18 Mar 25 @ 5 pm (registration opens @ 4:45 pm) at the Commonage Meeting Room - Predator Ridge Clubhouse. The SGM is being held to discuss the radon remediation that will be undertaken during the spring 2025 and the financial payment plan for this project. Additionally, there will also be a vote for a resolution dealing with an amendment to the Bylaws.

Please note that special levy payments will commence on April 15. If you prefer to pay the full amount upfront, please ensure your payment is received before April 15. Otherwise, you will automatically be enrolled in the monthly payment plan, and funds will be withdrawn from the same account used for your strata fees.
